I've been looking for a VOIP conference style server application in the style of services like Ventrilo, teamspeak etc.
But I need it to be connected to my Open Directory, and I've had no luck so far.

I already run Openfire for some of my users, and I have it connected to my Open Directory. But It dosn't really fit my needs regarding the conferance service I wish to set up.

I checked out Asterisk, but It seems a bit much for my needs. And I can't really find any good client applications, as it seems it's designed to be connected to VOIP-hardware, like phones etc.

I also need users to be able to connect from both windows and macs, and be able to voice chat with each other, without having each other as contacts.

I hope this makes sense to someone, as my head is just a mess right now. If there is something I didn't explain well, just ask and I'll try my best to make it clear.

Thanks for the reply, but I already run a jabber server in the form of Openfire. And I guess the problem with both the ichat server and Openfire is that the voice chat feature is based upon the client, and not really the server it self. So users that use i.e iChat, can only voice chat with other people that use iChat.

I guess I'm making this very hard for my self by looking for something so spesific, but I'm still optimisitc about it.

Also, the most ideal would be if there was a client that was pretty much single purpose, aimed at conference voice chatting. Kinda like my examples Ventrilo, Teamspeak etc. And Multi-platform.
