Wanting to upgrade MacBook Pro late 2011 from 250 ssd to 1TB ssd. Any advice on which one to purchase?
THANKS!

Crucial or Samsung. Wouldn't go outside of those two brands.

In all honesty, any SSD brand will work fine. But both Crucial and Samsung have the best quality, best warranty, and the cheapest price compared to any other manufacturer. So it's the safest and most economically viable option.

Have to agree, with the minor addition of Intel. Had a 320, 330s and a 335 from them and they're all really good drives, no issues in over 3 years. Probably not the best value for money, but I believe they're one of the more reliable brands.

+1. I have direct experience with both Samsung and Crucial and they have been excellent. If you're on a budget the Crucial drives are a little cheaper.
