Has anyone seen this mini pc? - the basic is £250, the plus version with an i3 sandy bridge..I think it's sandy, is that the new 1? Is £380.
I want it mainly for my movies, will also store music & photos but I have a 1TB HDD with them on anyway so built in storage isn't an issue.
I've had a Mac mini before but I'm not sure £500 is worth it today..for my uses. Reading the basic specs for the q190 & early reviews say 1080p is fine, but the 'must have best' in me says to get the plus version...also, from what I gather its quite a power pc for its size and could handle some big games aswel.
I know this is a mac forum..and as a get out of jail pass I am typing this on an iPad mini. So I'm still cool :apple:

The CPU is 2nd gen (Sandy bridge), which is NOT the newest generation. The current gen. is the 3rd one and is called Ivy bridge, and even this gen. is out some time now.

So this pc is not really up to date tech wise, although it'll probably be sufficient for the uses you stated above (even with the lowest config Celeron).

Well...I expected that tbh. Ya buy a new computer and its out of date by the evening lol. But ye, thanks for the feedback..I'm still searching for something like a mini..just half the price.
