Looking for an app to track my car?

Hey everyone is there any app where i leave my phone in the car and then i am able to track my car using my computer?
App shouldnt require internet connection
Preferably free
 
Isn't it easier to just take the phone than carrying a laptop that doesn't even have internet connection. Car's don't run off into the wild unless they are stolen.

I think is cheaper if you just get LoJack

I dont think you understood my point. I am wanna track my kids car. where they are going. So i am planning to leave my phone in the car and track the car using my computer at home
