I was wondering if there is an app that loads all your photos and then displays them like microsofts touch table does, where you can move them around and zoom in and out?

Such an app is pointless on the iPhone's small screen, but the answer is no an app like this does not exist.

The closest I've found to such an app is Picture Safe. It support folders, and in a very roundabout way allows for organization of photos.

There was one I used a few months ago. But not from App Store. I had downloaded it from installer app. You could put multiple photos on the iphone screen and then zoom, rotate, move using multi touch gestures. I dont remember what was the name of the app but like Resist said it was pretty much pointless given iPhone`s small screen.

EDIT:- I found it. It was "photoboard" Here`s a small review of the app.
