Looking for an application

Hi all,
I'm looking for an application that measures how fast a web site loads. I realize that there are many mitigating factors, but I'm trying to decide if it is worth it upgrade some software.

Like a speed test or like how fast macrumors loads or something like that.

dslreports for the first and for the second you have to look on version tracker, I'm pretty sure they have it.
