I'd deeply appreciate it if someone has this file. Intel iMac 5,1, being repurposed with elementary OS 5 as a caravan computer to show Apple TV, Apple Music, Netflix, Stan, and Youtube (and also to act as a Teams machine for me while we're travelling). Everything is working be-u-tifully, except the iSight camera, for which the iSight firmware tools (packaged in Ubuntu Bionic Beaver, which this version of elementary is based on) need to inject that file (AppleUSBVideoDriver) with something to work.
For interest, the machine has an ssd and 4 (accessing 3) gb of ram and despite a bit of buffering at the start of any video file, is doing the job really well. Even the early apple remote control works!
