I'm thinking of getting an iPad Pro 9.7" with LTE and logitech Create keyboard to keep in my bag, instead of my 12" MacBook. If you have that combo, can you give me some feedback on the typing experience?

While I'm on the go, I usually only need to be on top of my work messages and emails and the iPad is more compact and a tablet is easier in certain situations.

I really like the logitech keyboard for the bigger pro, but it's too big to haul around, but never had the chance to try the 10" version. Did have my hands on the apple keyboard but didn't like it at all.

Thanks

I don't own it, but I played with it in the store. The keyboard itself is good, I am thinking you would have a similar experience to the 12.9" as far as using it. Also nice that it has a slot for the pencil. The reason I didn't purchase was that it added too much size to the footprint and thickness. Keep in mind I like the 9.7 because of the smaller size, the 12.9 was just too big.

If you are okay with the added bulk, give it a try.

I've seen a lot of good reviews for the Create for the 9.7". A lot of positive around how it's significantly less bulky than the version for the 12.9" Pro, and it also has a spot to hold the Pencil.

You tried the smart keyboard cover and didn't like it?
