I want a good bluetooth keyboard and mouse to go my iMac and MacBook. Something that matches these white plastic machines would be nice, but I'm more interested in quality and performance. I need a two button mouse.

Logitech s530

It's not bluetooth, but it runs off a USB dongle and not a big receiver. Benefits: white, shortcut keys for iTunes and all the other sweet lil mac apps, and the mouse is a laser mouse. I have the MX1000 laser mouse from Logitech and I'm very impressed with it, despite it's huge charging station. When i get my new MBP as soon as amazon restocks, then i'm going to retire the MX1000 to the mini with the apple bluetooth and use the s530 on my MBP.

Other than Apple's own offerings, I think the best choices are from Logitech.

Logitech has 2 Bluetooth desktops. Both are pretty expensive, and I'm not sure if the Mac can entirely use the premium features of the diNovo.

Logitech also has a bluetooth mouse designed for use with PowerBooks (or any Apple portable)...

Other than Logitech, MacMice sells "The Mouse" which most people love or hate (more hate). I've never personally used it, but you can find threads here on MR. Their website seems to be finicky at the moment as well...

Microsoft bluetooth intellimouse, I've been using mine for about 3 months now and am very pleased with it, I bought it for my powerbook so I'd have more control in Adobe CS2 applications. Works at it's full potential under OS X...battery life isn't an issue if you are willing to take out the batteries when you aren't using it, no power switch!

So that diNovo looks like exactly what I'm looking for. I never use the 10-key and really want a BT keyboard without one.

I'm just wondering though, can this use the built-in bluetooth, or do you need to use the dongle that comes with it?
