I have a Macbook 4,1 that's for sale, and I need to know how to price it. I replaced a lot of hardware, which I'll detail below.

Apple MacBook "Core 2 Duo" 2.1 13" (White-08) Specs
Identifiers: Early 2008 - MB402LL/A* - MacBook4,1 - A1181

Replacements
* Replaced broken (Samsung) LCD Display with a working used one (LG) - cost $25
* Apple Genuine 85W MagSafe Power Adapter from MacSales - cost $50

Upgrades
* Running MacOS 10.14 Mojave. That disabled the built-in camera, but you have a modern OS.
* Seagate BarraCuda 500GB SSD ZA500CM1A002 - cost $65
* Memory NEW 4GB (2 x 2GB) CRUCIAL SODIMM 256MX64 PC2-5300 DDR2 MEMORY CT25664AC667 - cost $15
* NewerTech NuPower 60 Watt-Hour Battery from MacSales (only 40 cycles) - cost $70
* Fosmon Mini-DVI To HDMI M/F Adapter Cable - cost $15
* Included is the original battery with 200 cycles

MB is very clean (like new) on the inside/keyboard, with minor wear on the outside.

I basically put $240 into it. It runs great for it's age, and the newer OS doesn't have any problems you'd have with older MacOSes.

What do you think I can get for this?

Have a look on ebay ended auctions.

Doubt that you will get much back of the money invested in upgrades.
It’s like with tuned cars...

From my own experience, the upgrades alone are worth more than the MacBook itself; the general going price I've seen for the MacBook 4,1 is about $50-75, depending on the condition of the machine. With RAM and SSD/HDD upgrades I've seen them go for $100, but then you've got the MacBook 5,1 and 5,2, which are much more recent, with superior hardware, going for about $120-150.

At that rate, if I were you, I'd just keep it around as a hobbyist machine, or potentially break it up for parts if you really want to get some money for it.
