When I was in my teens and we didn't have doctor simulators, we improvised. I think the way we used to play doctor is better than any computer game.

That looks pretty much looks a straight rip off of Theme Hospital.

Thanks, I will have a look at theme hospital, not sure how serious the game is though, but it has good reviews.
