Looking for Intel HD3000 2048/4096 mb KEXT files

Hi!
Some weeks ago i found the kext files for Intel HD3000 2048mb vram but now i don't know where were them. I don't know how to edit kexts and none of the methods i found on the internet worked for me. Can someone send 2048 or 4096 mb Intel HD3000 kext files? I would really appreciate it.
