Hey,have you tried Reliance Global Call? A friend of mine in Texas uses the application to call home. I dont think that theres any monthly fee that you have to pay, you will probably have to recharge your talk time.

Hey, even I had heard of Reliance Global Calling application. I have downloaded this app on my Smart phone & it's great! I make a lot of calls from India to US at 1.49 rupees a minute which is good for longer conversations as well. I think it’s one of the better services for international calling.
