I need some help please. I have been trying to locate the download for OSX Yosemite for two days with NO success. I go to the Apple store and see the Yosemite page, but when I hit upgrade nothing happens. I went to Utilities page and hit the "Get" button, again, nothing happens. I have the Update Combo but I need to first install Yosemite. I've check out ALL of the requirements, which my iMac meets and have down a complete backup via Time Machine. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

What iMac model do you have?

----------

Have you tried repairing disk permissions on Disk Utility app? That can solve glitches sometimes.

I did the disk repair already. Here's a more detailed list of my computer:
Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac7,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 4 MB
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
Boot ROM Version: IM71.007A.B03
SMC Version (system): 1.21f4
Serial Number (system): W874003HX89
Hardware UUID: 00000000-0000-1000-8000-001B63A82AC2

I can get to the Apple Store page showing the photo of Yosemite and when I click the "Get" button nothing happens.

Your Mac should be able to upgrade according to the stats you gave me. Do you have another Mac you can use?
