Hi,
I'm looking for an app that can do ALL of the following:
- Allow me to keep a list of all of my passowords (including usernames & site names)
- Allow me to search by site name (if I want to easily find my Facebook pass, for example)
- Allow to backup the whole content easily, to somewhere I can access independently. It can even copy it all to an email message or to the clipboard.
- Is free (can have ads, but not too many for it to be usable)
- Isn't huge. Less than 100MB for sure, preferably much less.
- The app itself is password-protected and safe
I keep finding apps that have a few of theses features... But none that have all.

Help please!

1Password but that isn't free. Short of that then bitwarden which has a free tier

Notes app?

1. Can have a note that's a three column table: site, user-id, password.
2. Can search within a note.
3. Can backup: unlock the note, Share Sheet, select how you want to share/backup the note.
4. Free.
5. 31.9MB executable size.
6. Though app is not password protected, can lock the password note.

Bonus: syncs with other Apple devices and accessible via iCloud if you don't have access to an Apple product.

I have a folder called "Locked" in my Apple Notes app, that houses a number of password protected notes.
One of them is exactly what you're describing. It works perfectly for me.

Snap….. Been using this method since Notes handled password protection.
