iPad mini looking for perfect fit applicator

I just saw this product http://www.perfectfittech.com/produ...-screen-protector-with-perfect-fit-applicator and I and I'm looking for a cheaper alternative product.
I found this item http://www.ebay.com/itm/291086889699?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT on eBay but in the description written that is fit to TEMPERED screen protector and I want regular screen protector.
Do you think it will be fit?

just a heads up...

i tried the perfectfit applicator for the iPad mini. i did better on my own using the hinge method. i was so hoping it would work well, but it just wasn't right for an OCD guy like me.

honestly at some point i just got over the orange-peel effect and went for the zagg hd for the iPad mini. feels no worse than any other screen protector and you can't see the orange peel when it's actually on
