Looking for rasterbation... iPhone app maybe?

I am at work, and need to rasterbate an image while I have both free time and access to a printer and scissors. My situation, though, is that we are a hospital, therefore no Photoshop, crappy windows box won't load arje.net/rasterbator, and homokaasu.org/rasterbator/wizard.gas?Phase=1 is blocked for having "adult content". I also don't have admin privileges to install anything.

Is there an iPhone app that will do this for me, or is there another (non-mirror) website I can use?

Can you use a proxy to bypass the security warning? Or sometimes if you enter the website from Google it may work or eliminating the http:// from the URL you can trick the security code. All depends how good the system is.

I just made it home, and paid for printing ::sigh::

I guess in the future, I'll just make the .pdf at home and email it to myself; I worry enough about Big Brother logging my internet sessions, I don't need to try and circumvent their filters for something silly. I was hoping there was another site or an app or something.
