Hey all, I'm not sure where I should have posted this thread so please don't "flame" me for it. Now on to my question...

Do any of you know of a link to a reliable review (consumer report) of Apple's customer service? I'm doing a speech about Apple next week (4/5) and I'm looking for a good/reliable sourced review of Apple's customer service.

Thanks

Feel free to quote me.

Apple Customer service has proven to be more the satisfactory on many occasions.

Here's a post from a month ago quoting some relevant Consumer Reports numbers. Unfortunately you need to be a subscriber to access the full articles.

How ironic! Since it's a speech of persuasion, how about you persuade your classmates to switch to the Mac? :D
That's exactly what I'm doing but one of my 3 main points is Apple's customer service.

That's a shame, I would love to use that as a source but I can't get to the page.

Public libraries often have subscriptions to Consumer Reports. You may want to check yours to see if you can track down the article.
