hi, i'm looking for a room-shaking base/sub woofer that will work with my bose companion 3's. i want to get a better sub then the one that came with them bnut i don't know wherre to look and i'd rather not have to buy completely new speeeakers...can anyone help me?

wow that looks great, although i should have mentioned i'd like to keep it within a tight budget of 100-200 dollars but i'll look around the site thanks a lot

"Room shaking bass" and "budget of $100-$200" cannot be used together in one sentence. (at least not if you want good-sounding room shaking bass)

When you get serious about a subwoofer system, check out the Bag End Infrasub-18 system. It's $1640 on Amazon.com but has outstanding sound and more than enough bass for any home system.

Why do you need to shake the room? It's so obnoxious. Every day I get pelted with ******** rap blowing my walls down, all day long. It doesn't make you cool to bother other people.

If you want it loud, use headphones.

music, to me is therapy, i blast my music and it makes me feel good, i know a lot of people do this, and also like it loud for other reasons too, i guess you could say its juust personal preference
