Looking for something like 1943

I'm looking for a game similar to the Capcom game from the 1980's called "1943: The Battle of Midway". Anyone know of a game or maybe even how to play 1943 on OSX? Thanks.

I remember 1943. I was approximately 15 years old, working as a short order cook at the local bowling alley, and spending a ton of cash on my breaks smoking cigarettes and playing 1943!

By the way, the version 1 of Wingnuts was ditributed for free by Freeverse some time ago. Here a link I found to the download of Wingnuts 1:

I'll give Wingnuts 2 a try, thanks for the info. I got it as part of MacHeist but haven't installed it yet. Looks like now is a good time!
