No, I think it's that new one many are complaining is too expensive at $3.99.

Elite 7, also 'called' Eli7e (though I'm not sure how that would be pronounced) is 3.99. It is also still beta and receives icon changes/updates almost weekly, hence the variability from screenshot to screenshot.

EDIT: $2.99 is for the iOS 6 version, iOS 7 starts out at $4

thanks, I didn't read the description... so yes, $4.00 is the cheapest... still well worth it imo!
