Looking for work

'Owdy.

So i decided to put up a website earlier this year, and was having a guy do the coding for me. Turns out he doesn't really like to work that much, and my site's not coming along... at all. It's currently at elevenelevenproductions.com, and you can see how it's unfinished. I'm looking for someone to work with me to build it up completely, as I know absolutely nothing about web development. You can see my basic desires from what's up already, but it's just not there. Any young developers want to get their name out there?

EDIT: Just to clarify, I'm looking for the entire site to be viewed in a resized browser window automatically, for quicktime streaming files to be linked to thumbnails on the "motion page", and the addition of both a "contact" page and a "about" page. My guess is that this is relatively advanced stuff, and I would be more than willing to credit your work.
 
I need to add the motion page (compressed video samples), an about page which i've conceptualized, and a full contact page. I was also looking to clean it up a bit, fix the formatting as well if possible.

and a lot faster than that other guy lol earlier this year?? I could have put that together in 1 day (providing I had the content and knew exactly what I was doing/you wanted of course)

So your site is finished now? No offense, but I thought it was still in development. I can't read the text, red on black? Poor choice of colors, IMO. The menu and pages are slow loading. Don't know about beautiful. It has issues remaining.

It's not finished just yet.

The pages are very artistic (or in other words a jpeg) and there aren't many of them so I think TBF the load times are acceptable. You're right red on black may not be the best colour scheme there is but it's what pdpfilms was going for and is there really that much for you to read anyway? it's all about the appearance. Also unless maybe your display isn't very bright I find it hard to believe you can't read the text at all.

I do take into consideration all the comments that I get on my work though and may adjust the shade of a red I've used [EDIT: Changed the text from red to white] for the text to something a little clearer as for the load times I don't think it's worth compromising on image quality
