Looking To buy ram for imac, should i wait for black friday

So, the title says it all. I was looking at this http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Other World Computing/6400DDR2S6GP/ for my 3.06 ghz 2008 imac. The question is though, spend $140 now or wait until black Friday to see if they have a sale or something. what do you think.

Im not sure if ram is the type of product that gets great black Friday deals however, it's just over a week away, why not wait and see?
