5s' can't run iOS 6, and nobody is selling you a 5 just because you hate iOS 7 THAT much.

Seconded. I can get 400+ for my iPhone 5 (32GB) on Ebay... $250 is less than Apple pays people to buy their phones. Apple quoted mine at $270.
Don't try to mislead people and say you are paying well when you are really paying crap.
In an alternate universe, the OP is also paying 90c for genuine silver dollars on a numismatic forum...
