I have a 20-inch iMac Core 2 Duo and I was hoping you could fill me in on something. The arm is fine, it just doesn't hold the angle for too long, and my display droops down. What's the easiest way to tighten it up? Do i have to take the whole thing apart, or is there a work around? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure Apple released a doc saying that Intel iMacs were not wall mountable...

Yeah... when people were playing with them trying to jury-rig VESA mounts onto them, they found that the hinge is not at all easily accessible. So... I think you have to make Apple fix it.
