Recently I purchased MBA M1 and I notice this issue. Second type C port loose as compare to first one . It is normal for 1 week old MacBook?

It appears to be snug enough to cause the MBA to move when you disconnected it so I would not be too concerned. I would likely bring it back to the Apple Store (or where every purchased it) and have them check it. This is more so to establish a record of the issue if the port fails prematurely.

Maybe someone pushed against an inserted cable from the top or bottom.

If you made a bargain with this M1 machine I'd just circumvent using this particular port - if not ask the seller for a refund or heavy discount.

If it's still under warranty, take it to an Apple Store genius bar and let them have a look at it.
(what more is there to say?)
