I'm wanting to know if there is an application for my MBP that is similiar to Lose It for the iPhone. I absolutely loved that app. I used it everyday and it was very helpful. I'm not looking for an exact replica, and I'm not looking for anything that syncs with the iPhone app, I just want something similar to use on my MBP.

There is also the app daily burn. There is the web portal and the iphone app so they stay in sync. Daily burn also has another app that lets you scan upc codes for foods youve eaten, and it will upload them into your log to help you track calories of the foods youve eaten.
 
i wish lose it would sync up to its own desk top app... i downloaded it, but other than tracking my weight in it ever day i don't use it....
 
thats one of the things i love about Daily burn is that the iphone app does sync with the web portal so you can view, update, make changes, etc from either your desktop or your phone. It lets you keep track of your weight, nutrition and fitness goals, and lets you have motivators and participate in challenges with people using it to. It has a really nice social aspect to it if you need additional motivation.

Im not tied to it in any way, just an active user and fan.
