Every morning my phone has lost its jailbreak. Its easy enough to re-JB but I dont why I'm losing it every night. Anybody else run into this?

It may be because your phone is rebooting, which seems to be a common issue with iPhones/iOS 9.

My understanding of the new jailbreak is that when you reboot it's to a non-jailbroken state (and then you rejailbreak). So, if your phone is rebooting at night this would explain why you wake up to it being unjailbroken.

I agree with that assesment. I guess my question then is why is it rebooting every night?

It seems that this issue does not happen to everyone. I think it could be device specific, maybe only certain devices have the issue. It could also be tweak specific, with one or more certain tweaks causing the issue. It could also be an issue with the version of the jailbreak. There have been numerous updates to the Chinese App, with about 6 or seven versions. I don't now what changed between versions of the Chinese app, but it is I possible that something changed to fix an issue of some type.

Glad it worked out. Although I haven't had this issue I got ahead of this potential issue and downloaded the tweak.

Make it 13 nights in a row with no random reboots.
Safe to say this hack above fixed that Apple issue with the random reboots that also plagued stock devices all the way up to ios 9.2.
By now I would at least have one reboot every other night or most of the times every night.
Not that it really bothered me having to enter my password instead of my touch ID in the morning but at least this hack resolved it. Now my bedroom doesn't light up in the middle of the night at 3-4am randomly when the iphone used to restart on its own.
