iPod losing some movie cover art

I have recently added some movies to iTunes. I have gone to GetCoverArt and found the correct cover art (casino royale). I have gone into get info (in iTunes) and copied the file into the artwork tab, but it just keeps disappearing. It did stay once, however the cove rart would not show up on the atv. I am running the latest version of iTunes.
