I have a 6+. Somehow I must have deleted a couple of apps from my phone’s desktop. I don’t know what they all are but I do know one. I went to the AppStore, found it and opened it. But it doesn’t mount on my desk or the list of icons. How do I get it back? So this means I have to go to the store every time I want to open it? Or scroll through the open apps? I hope this makes sense.

Which iOS?

You can always swipe down or swipe right from home screen to open search box at top of screen, type a couple of letters of app name in there and it’ll pop up in results below if it’s on your phone.

Thank you! Yes I can do that. Thanks for the tip BTW, but how do I get it back on the desktop?

Thanks. I’ll check. BTW I’m on OS 14.2 and on iPhone 6s Plus.
Okay then that video will be less relevant.

The link above has a linked article on how to move app from library back to home screen, I'd guess that might be the issue with new functionalities in iOS 14. I know I've got a lot of catching up to do on 14.
