Why I Am not seeing Lossless in my M1 Mac in India?

Is it only for USA?

Spatial Audio/Lossless hasn't launched in all countries

This makes no sense, I have some bollywood albums and despite the fact that it’s in my purchased itunes library it, would not let me download it.

It was saying this version is not available in your country and not even the high quality version would not download for me.
