iPod Lossless to ACC on-the-fly

I have recently been using an Apple script on dougscripts.com to convert on the fly. It only work's on Lossless which is not a problem for myself.

Does anyone know of anyway to do this but to copy the album art over to the iPod/iPhone as this is not carried over?
