After updating my iPad to the Dev Beta I now have no service in the top left corner of my ipAd

it should say o2.
in the general settings it now say's SIM not Provisioned.
And it throws a connection failed when I try to view my account from the Cellular Data section of the settings

anyone know whats the deal?
