Since last Cydia updates (Categories, MobileSubstrate and Install0us) on last week I noticed that my 3GS lost the ability of transfer installed apps to iTunes, even worst if an app is not in the iTunes it deletes on the iPhone.

When I hit sync button and a new apps is found on the iPhone a window appears asking if I want to transfer the apps, if I hit transfer it begins with the sync process Backup then it begins the "copying" app but it never copy it and right there it begins to remove the app.

I don't know if 340 apps kill the ability or one of the latest Cydia updates did it.

Does anyone have the same issue?

First of all it does sync cracked apps, installous and install0us have iTunes sync button that permit cracked apps to be synced.

But I am not talking about cracked apps, I am talking about legal apps, today I downloaded the update of Sygic Mobile Maps of North America on my home, then at my Office the apps did not transfer to iTunes, also purchased another new app at home and at the office the app did not transfer to iTunes but also deleted from the iPhone, so I downloaded again and re-synced.

And don't tell me that I have different iTunes accounts or different itunes ID libraries, I have all my iTunes with the same accounts and also with the same library ID.

This problem start last week after some of the updates of Cydia, before that I could sync cracked and not cracked apps.

Yes, I forget to mention that, same behaivor, it begins to "copying" the app from the iPhone the progress bar increases to the middle then pauses for a second then the next message is "Remove app".

what I do from transferring apps from one computer to another, I either do home sharing or before that I will copy the app from my application folder on one computer, onto a jumpdrive and just plug it in on my other computer, copy it to application folder, then double click and it will automatically process it into itunes.

Edit: Forgot to mention I had the same problem, and that was my fix to it.

Thanks I mostly do that with home computers to sync them all, but not an option with office :(

Since when do you have this problem?
