I had a virus removed on my PC hard drive and I just noticed on ITunes that my songs/playlists all disappeared! I have an Ipod 16gb Touch with all my songs/playlists. My question is can I sync my ITunes library by using an upload of the songs/playlists via my Ipod Touch? I don't want to lose all my songs on the Ipod by experimenting with the sync feature so I would appreciate recommendations from the experts out there on how to get my songs/playlists restored to my ITunes account. I do have all my songs/playlists backed up on my PC via the sync feature. Thanks in advance for your input!

iPod Lost All Songs/Playlists on Itunes

There's a program I've used in the past for this purpose called Touch Copy to transfer music from my iPod nano to my Macbook Air. (https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/) I believe it functions for both Mac and PCs. Perhaps it would work in this situation?
