iPhone Lost Apps after SAM

Hi there, i think i really need some help... I have an iphone 4 iOS 6.1.3, semi tethered jailbreaked with redsnow. I had problems with the push notifications and tried install SAM from Cydia as i read in a forum. I did, it went into the process and asked me to relaunch springboard. I did, my phone restarted and now it's like i lost all the apps i added to the iPhone, only the basic ones remain. Still have my pictures and contacts though. What can i do to recover my phone as it was just before i tried SAM, get all my apps back like nothing happened please??

I see in itunes that my iphone is still full like all the apps are still there somewhere..

i tried tethered boot but redsnow doesnt recognize the iPhone now so the boot doesnt start..

did you select the 6.0 IPSW first in redsn0w Extras/Select IPSW ?
