Lost bookmarks

Hi Folks,
I played with my new iPad and iPhone X and somehow deleted my Favorites.
Could someone help me to restore it?
Note: I have a backup on my MacBook recently I did manually when bought X.
It wAs synced with iCloud but it's gone from iCloud as well.
None of my Apple device now have bookmarks.
Could I restore onlily favorites from my backup in iTunes?
Are there other options?
