Hi

I was trying to remove bootcamp partition from bootcamp assistant but it kept telling me that "startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to single partition". So I tried myself removing bootcamp partition using disk utility and I ended up missing around and unmounting the partition from my mac. now the only partition that is visible in disk utility is Macintosh HD with a capacity of 100 GB.

So I want to know if it is possible to bring back the other 150 GB of bootcamp partition and restore it to a single partition with Macintosh HD.

Did you try resizing the drive in Disk utility now that the boot camp partition is gone?

You can go nuclear on the drive, i.e., delete/recreate the partition (in recovery mode) and reinstall macOS. You'll of course want to have a full backup of your data if you opt for that solution.
