Opened up my m1 MacBook Air today and my favorites which usually appeared as a side arrow on the tool bar are gone.
Under favorites I now only see some standard favorites not ones I created. On my other devices the favorites that I created are unchanged?
I am signed into iCloud and nothing was changed that I know of unless an automatic update occurred?

If you still have the bookmark on other devices, maybe disable and enable iCloud sync for Safari.

Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences > "Deselect Safari" and choose to keep data
then "Select Safari" and choose to fusion data

That only allows you to restore deleted bookmarks, the bookmarks are present on all my other devices and on the m1 only my favorite bookmarks are missing. I set up another user and the bookmarks were ok on that user but remain absent from my normal user account?
