Lost game data

I had a game crash and lose all of its data (WSOP if it helps). All of my achievements and user settings were lost. Game Center is remembering all of my "old" data. Is there a way to restore my user settings in the game? I've tried restoring from a backup, and removing the game and updating from an older version that was on my MBP. If there isn't a way to get all of my old achievements back, how would I go about syncing the game and Game Center?

iPhone 4 not jailbroken if it makes a difference.
