Lost h/d and iTunes - How to get iphone content back onto new mac

Hi there...

I lost my itunes with an hd crash and do not have a backup. I have a TON of content on the phone. I can lose the music and vids and get that later, but contacts and calendar dates are essential. How can I get this onto a fresh iTunes. I don't want to let iTunes try to erase everything when setting my iphone up on a 'new' computer.

Please please please...help
