Lost Icons after Jailbreak - Can't customize

I jailbreaked my iphone (1.1.1) and all was working well. I used Customize and attempted to move icons into and out of my dock. It worked for the dock but now a lot of icons are missing. I can't find the icon for Customize to set things back the way they were. I tried uninstalling Customize and reinstalling it and still can't find the icon for customize. Do I need to uninstall Jailbreak and start all over again? If so how do I do that?

I DID THE SAME THING. SOMEONE HELP. I tried to jailbreak again, but it doesnt work. When i click "install appsnap" it redirects me to a page (jailbreakme.com/files/y.tiff) then does nothing. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP
