Hi everyone - I lost my iPhone and need to have it replaced, and my service is with TMobile. Do I need to go to a TMobile store to take care of this or can they help me at an Apple Store?

Best to contact your carrier. You can report the phone lost to Apple. So no one can get it swapped at Apple. If the phone is on contract then yes. You should bring it to TMobile.

Definitely go to T-Mobile so they can list the phone as lost and block the IMEI so no one else can use the phone or trade it in. It really doesn't matter if Apple or T-Mobile replaces it.

For future reference, since it's been at least a day now...

Not sure about T-Mo, but on ATT, can sign into your account and report/lock the device as lost. And if it turns up at home, work, etc., can always "unlock".

And if you have Find My iPhone on, sign-in to iCloud.com to activation lock the device.
