iPod Lost Itunes Library....! Recover from ipod?

Hello guys,


on my windows pc, I have lost my itunes library!!!!
the music is all still on the hd, it is the itunes music library file.xml and the .itl file that seemingly has been corrupted and then rewritten when i relaunched itunes!

so... i was wondering if there were any way for me to recover my library, most importantly my RATINGS and my DATE ADDED, and then my playlists files.... from my ipod!


i heard that this was once possible using a program, whos name eludes me right now, and i hear that programs such as these get blocked with each update to itunes....

... so what is the word on programs that can extract rating, playlists, and other ituneslibrary information from an ipod with all updated software?

I am revitalizing this thread as the same happened to me.
I have been successful in recovering all songs and PL but the ratings are still on my classic. Is there any way I can get access to those and transfer them to my iTunes library on my MBP?
