Lost left AirPod (3rd Gen)

My son lost his left AirPod. I can get a replacement through Apple for $69 plus tax. Any other options? I can get a whole new set for $150, but not really necessary. I don't mind getting direct from Apple just thought I'd check here first to see what other options I have, if any.

Apple is the only place you can purchase a single AirPod.. Chances of finding a used right one for sale are slim..
