Thats probably not surprising, since iOS 9 does not know how to display the new iMessages. You will almost certainly have to go back to iOS 10.

Also, music library doesn't open.
Someone else gets this issue?

All of the things you're mentioning are apps that were drastically re-written. It shouldn't be surprising that this is the case. This is why it's a developer beta, and NOT meant for daily driver phones.

Did you make a backup before you downgraded? If so, you can retrieve them from the backup, if not, if you have another Apple device you might check the messages on there.

I have iTunes backup from this week
But whatsapp massages not
RIP?

its a known issue that when you "update" downgrade via IPSW, you lose message history and there is no way to get it back unless you restore a backup.

also, as for the music app issue, its also a known bug. i had this issue yesterday when i reverted back to 9.3.2. if you look at the music app in app switcher, it shows the iOS 10 music app. also, it force closes when you try to navigate the app. your only option is to make an iTunes backup, restore to 9.3.2 as a new device, then restore your backup. your music will work again after you resync it.

Thank you, how about apps data? Going to be saved?
Apple supposed to fix this issue?
