lost most of my music. I am fitness instructor with many playlists. I called Apple and they said engineers are working on a patch to fix. Anyone else with similar issue?

Lost my music after IOS9.3

I know how frustrating this is. Happened to me when I tried 8.4 beta with the new music app. Luckily I used iTunes Match at the time so I just had to re-login and download all my favourites again. I'm guessing you sync from iTunes ? Just plug the phone in and they should all re-sync I suppose ?
I had a similar thing happen around the time of 9.1. All my Apple Music songs and playlists disappeared. After spending countless hours arranging all my music into playlists I was livid. Fortunately it came back but I can't remember what I did I the end, I think I rebooted the phone a couple of times (full power and home button over 10 seconds reboot).
I synced 10GB of music via iTunes yesterday - when I came home from work I noticed ALL of the music had mysteriously vanished. Created a thread here, but apparently nobody else had ever had this issue. Quite bizarre. In my case, I had already been running the latest version of 9.3, so that wasn't the culprit.
