lost my rent movie..not expire yet...!!

so yesterday i rent a movie on itunes transferd it to my iphone 1.1.4 pwnage..it said i had 24 hours left..i wanted to watch it on my macbook so i transfer/move it back to my itunes then i got an error saying couldnt be transfer error occurred...i lost my movie i rent cant get it back..

i didnt even finished it...just half on my iphone then wanted to transfer it back to my itunes so i can view it on my macbook..when i got home from work..

so when i transfer a rent movie to my iphone i cant move it back to my itunes or what? i have to finish the rent hours once its transfer to my iphone?

From Apple:
"You can move the movie between devices as many times as you wish during the rental period, but the movie can only exist on one device at a time."

You can explain your problem to iTunes using the form at the bottom of this page (or, there's another method mentioned under the "I have a problem with my rental transaction" sub-category). I suggest writing your letter very carefully, making it as coherent as possible. Link

that was my first time ordering from them too.. not happy with that

well i wrote them a letter..i hope i get my money/moive back..but wait..so that means if i get it back i have to redownload it again?
