iPod Lost my songs & videos on transfer....

I recently tried to transfer my entire collection of songs and videos from my iMac to my external RAID. The transfer was successful... except for everything I bought from iTunes and some recent additions to my library.

I have no idea why 90% of library transferred and the 10% of all new stuff did not, but its gone off my hard drive as I deleted it from the iMac assuming it all went safely to the raid.

Anyway... a lot of it I can re-rip... but what about all my purchases from iTunes Store... videos, songs, albums, etc.

Is there anyway to re-download them without being charged again?

Use this form to send iTunes support an email:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/browser/

Tell them exactly what happened. They will add everything you've ever purchased to your download queue. After that, to download them again, in iTunes, go to Store -> Check for available downloads and they will download.
