I have suddenly lost the News Previews that are listed under the Siri Suggestions. Any ideas how to reinstate them? I lost them after the 9.2 upda

hi
did you change your Language or Region preferences, or, even moved to a different country (different SIM) ? Depending on these 3 things you might not get News Previews.

[doublepost=1460899188][/doublepost]No, none of the above. I went back and rechecked my settings and it's still English, US regional.

If anyone else has this problem, here is the fix. Many thanks to Ledsteplin on the iMore forum for this!
1.Toggle Siri Suggestions off
2. Turn off Siri and allow "hey Siri".
3. Turn off Location Services
4. Reset Network Settings
Reset Network Settings Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.

5. Now a hard reset
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

6. Now enable the Siri Suggestions, Siri from Spotlight, Turn On Location Services and setup Wi-Fi on your device.
